Kundalini Practice

The concept of Kundalini energy has been around for centuries, and it was first stated about 1,000 B.C. in ancient Vedic scriptures. “Kundalini” is derived from the Sanskrit word “kundal,” which meaning “circle.” It can also apply to a snake that is coiled. Kundalini energy resides at the base of your spine, sleeping and unaroused, like that coiled serpent.

Kundalini yoga is used to activate this energy, allowing it to flow up and down your spine through the chakras. All seven primary Chakras (energy centers) of the human energy body will be explored, activated, and journeyed through, as well as the Yogic technology that leads to Kundalini Activation. This will assist you in realizing and developing your full potential.

This course we will practice:

  • You'll learn how to awaken, change, and integrate the energy of the seven Chakras, as well as how to thoroughly purify and light your stream of conscious awareness, using this ancient technology.
  • You'll learn how to carefully tap into the tremendous Kundalini-Shakti Power and gain flexibility, core strength, and stamina as a result of your participation in the training.
  • You will discover how to purify awareness from the root up, and regain and feel truth, pure being, consciousness, and bliss by practicing Kundalini Yoga, which involves breath-work, postures (asanas), and Kundalini Meditations.
  • As you reach into the deepest state of Being, you'll also regain the presence of the Divine in your life.

Breath-work, Warm-ups, Postures, Kundalini Meditation & Relaxation:

  • Learn how to activate your Kundalini Energy.
  • Learn about the seven major chakras, their meanings, what they are, and how they work.
  • Develop core strength and stamina
  • Learn how to do pranayama (breath-work)
  • Learn how to relax the body and mind

How to practice:

  • Kundalini yoga employs a variety of kriya techniques.
  • Breathing techniques, sound (powerful mantra chanting), and physical positions are all included.
  • Practicing in each Kriya has its own set of instructions and seeks certain results.
